Cases of Receiving Wrong or Damaged Items

In the event of receiving the wrong item or a damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item through [email/chat/customer service phone number], attaching photos and/or videos. We’ll gladly exchange the item at no cost to you, covering all shipping and return expenses. Alternatively, upon returning the goods to us, we’ll provide a full refund, bearing all return costs.

Cases of Receiving Items Below Expectations

If an item you purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us at support@downtoraw.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Return the item in its original condition, with return costs to be covered by you.

Upon receiving the item and confirming its resalable condition (within 72 hours), we’ll process a refund. Please note, we cannot facilitate free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections. Additionally, if we cannot resell your item (as our products are “made-to-order” to your specified requirements), a refund cannot be provided. Hence, choose carefully when making your selections.

In the instance of a used, altered, or damaged item upon receipt, we reserve the right to decline a refund. We encourage you to inspect the item immediately upon receipt, prior to use or installation, to ensure it meets your expectations.

Downtoraw maintains the right to refuse any return that doesn’t comply with our return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our return procedures.

Our team will assess the reason for the return and may request additional information, such as photographs, videos, or any proof of the encountered issue. Following the assessment, a return authorization number will be provided, along with instructions on shipping the item to the specified address.

Upon receiving the item and confirming its compliance with the return policy, we will proceed with processing the return and issuing any eligible refunds.

We strongly recommend inspecting the item immediately upon receipt, prior to use or installation, to ensure it meets your expectations. Returns must be initiated within the specified window from the date of receipt, and the item should be in its original condition with all applicable tags, labels, and packaging intact. and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our return procedures.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its adherence to our return policy, we will process your refund within 72 hours. It’s important to note that the refund amount will exclude the initial shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, although processing timelines may vary based on your bank.

Regrettably, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. We recommend following the return process to receive a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
